The Annex is a completely private part of our house for guests exclusive use, located in the historical Kentish village of Leeds, within walking distance to stunning Leeds Castle. Located 5 minutes from J8 M20. Ideal for Leeds Castle. The Kent show ground. 35 mins drive to Eurotunnel & 50 mins to Dover ferry port. 1 hour to London via train. The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Little Appleby

Dog friendly Little Appleby is located in Egerton, rural Kent. The heart of the Garden of England. Egerton boasts many lovely country walks with the villages of Goudhurst, Sissinghurst (with its own castle), Biddenden and Pluckley all within 30 minutes. Famous Leeds Castle and Bedgebury pinetum, the largest in the world are less than 10 miles away. Historic Rye, Canterbury, Whitstable and the channel tunnel to France are all within 40 minutes. Ashford Designer outlet is 30 minutes away.

With Bedgebury forest on the doorstep and National Trust landmarks in the area this cosy and comfortable 4 bed is an ideal base for exploring the local area. Blind Cottage is a renovated, open plan, self contained annexe. It is wonderfully light, benefiting from large windows and French doors throughout. Relax in the wonderful roll top bath, curl up in the conservatory or enjoy a coffee on the patio which overlooks our wood. The perfect stepping stone to explore the Garden of England.

Kingfisher Barn, so called because of our resident kingfisher on the adjacent pond, is a lovingly renovated outbuilding situated on the edge of the historic village of Appledore. There are three bedrooms and a large light-filled open-plan living space with everything you need for a family holiday or a romantic rural getaway.
