LASPI is a hospitality project that consists of two villas, equipped with all you need to take a break and escape the noise. It is literally built by the sea. Enjoy the sound of waves night and day. This is House 1 and we all it Petres (after the greek word for stones) A 150m² villa with a private swimming pool and a spectacular view of the Saronic gulf. Enjoy the view of sea and coastline while you wake up, from our 4m high bedroom windows.

Cottage house in olive grove

Cottage house in 10 acres olive tree grove, carefully decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The house is located in a small settlement called Patima. It is 2 Km from Examilia Village, 6Km from the modern town of Corinthos and 4Km from ancient Corinthos. The center of Corinthos and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 10 minutes by car from the house. All people are welcome.

Το πέτρινο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπίτι μας έχει καλαίσθητους χώρους που προσφέρουν άνετη διαμονή, οικογενειακή και φιλική ατμόσφαιρα . Διαθέτει κήπο και δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης. Βρίσκεται μέσα στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό του Λυγουριού, 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το Αρχαίο Θέατρο της Επιδαύρου. Κοντά στο σπίτι οι επισκέπτες μας μπορούν να απολαύσουν τον καφέ και το φαγητό τους στις παρακείμενες καφετέριες και ταβέρνες.

Crystal clear waters, nice food and nightlife Sea and mountain view. Agistri with its island aura is one of the most sought after destinations as it is a breath away from Athens. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.

The apartment is situated at Neorio Beach and the distance from the port of Poros is 2,5km and 10m from the beach. There is a beautiful view over the sea and the apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is air conditioning units. We provide all the necessary towels and linen.
