Master Bedroom - The master bedroom features a queen bed and is located on the top floor. It has closet space for storage. It also features a flat screen Roku TV with YoutubeTV along with a couch. Bedroom #2 - The second bedroom features a full bed with a closet for storage. Master Bathroom (Top Floor) - The master bath has a large vanity as well as a walk-in shower, toilet & storage for towels. Bathroom #2 (Main Floor) - This bathroom features a relaxing soaker tub, vanity, and toilet. "Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Located in a historic district of Mount Vernon, the Carriage House has been renovated to infuse modern conveniences with historic charm. Just blocks from downtown, the Carriage House is 2 miles from Mt Vernon Nazarene University and 5.5 miles from Kenyon College. The Carriage House features a master suite in the loft with a comfy queen size bed and a separate sitting area with a 55" TV. The main level also has a youth suite in the transformed garage that kids and teens will love!
