Newly built home within in walking distance of campus and downtown. It is a short walk to Jordan Hare (.9 miles). And you can be in the heart for downtown area in the same distance. The home is newly purchased and decor is still being added so the walls may seem a little bare. The important stuff like beds, couches, pillows, towels, and kitchen supplies is all there. 3 bed 2.5 bath Townhouse just .7 miles from Toomers corner and a few blocks from Coffee and Restaurants. Great for Game days or just visiting. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless appliances and seats 6. The living room has a smart tv with Cable or your apps as well as a pull-out couch, and there is a private patio. Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath. The other bedrooms have a queen and a full with a shared bathroom. $75 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
