"Residences San Paolo" is a typical Sicilian house of 1900, with classical roofs in stone, completely rebuilded and renovated with modern conforts to meet the needs of customers. The apartment is located in San Paolo, one of the most characteristic and naturalistic areas of Ragusa Ibla, characterized by small steps that rise up the hill, some waterfalls and a big rock of white stone overlooking the foreshortening. Residenze San Paolo is really easy to reach, it is located at the entrance of Ibla, close to the comunal Parking and the center is easily accessible on feet. House description: On the ground floor there is the entrance and the first double bedroom with bathroom and shower ensuite. On the first floor is located the second room, which can act both as a living room or 2 ° bedroom thanks to a convertible sofa, with adjoining bathroom and shower. Finally, also on the first floor there are the dining room and the kitchen, in country style and equipped with stove, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. All rooms are air conditioned with inverters and two bedrooms are equipped with usb television.

Dopo la mia esperienza negli anni da ospite, ho deciso di aprire la mia struttura, "castello ursino house". Posizione centralissima a 50 metri dal castello ursino e 200 da piazza duomo e dalla fermata dell'alibus di piazza alcala, 2 km dalla stazione e 4 km dall'aeroporto. La mia casa è piena di tutti i comfort, cucina completa,frigo grande, lavatrice e si trova in una posizione eccellente. Casa del Pardo _Duomo di Catania

Casa del Pardo, si trova nel noto palazzo storico "Sammartino del Pardo", una costruzione del XVIII sec , ubicato nella via Garibaldi in uno degli angoli più suggestivi del Duomo di Catania. Dall'appartamento si potrà godere la folcloristica vista della pescheria, p.zza Alonzo Di Benedetto e le cupole della Cattedrale del Duomo. La casa è composta da una moderna cucina ben accessoriata, bagno con ampia doccia, camera da letto con California King mattress. Sito al 3 piano non ascensorato.

Horse House si trova nella città di Ragalna a 800mt s.l.m. a pochi chilometri dal Parco dell’Etna, posizione strategica per le escursioni sul vulcano, panorami mozzafiato e per raggiungere il mare a Catania(20km), Siracusa e Taormina a solo un ora di viaggio in auto. Una piccola ma graziosa e confortevole dependance in villa completa di tutti i comfort, immersa nel verde e nella quiete di un bosco di querce lontano dai rumori, per momenti di relax a contatto con la natura e la campagna.
