This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Unser kuscheliges Häuschen aus den 60er-Jahren wurde innen komplett renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es liegt idyllisches eingebettet in einer kleinen Siedlung nahe dem Wienerwald und ist bequem erreichbar mit der Buslinie 52A, die im Viertelstundentakt von Wien Hütteldorf (U4, Schnellbahn, ÖBB) fährt. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten, weiters ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einem toprenovierten Bad mit grosser Dusche.

Relax in our quiet home in the middle of the green part of Vienna. The newly renovated studio is in an absolutely quiet location in Hietzing. With around 48m2 it offers a cozy home for four people. The apartment is equipped with all amenities: fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils, modern bathroom with waterfall shower, comfortable bed and sofa. The entire furniture is brand new and lovingly selected by us.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
