Built in 1907, renovated in 2012 and 2020 and is located 1.5 blocks from the beach. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms (queen beds), a loft (2 twin beds) and 1 bathroom. Accommodates up to 6 guests. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cable TV, Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry and patio area with BBQ and air conditioning. PLEASE NOTE: Only a $25 cleaning fee. Shell Beach is halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles on California's Central Coast, which makes it the perfect stop for some wine tasting and outdoor adventure. Within walking distance there is a beach (best to visit at low tide), restaurants and coffee shops. My home is an original 1950s bungalow. Per guests requests, I made few upgrades — new windows, space heaters in every room and a dishwasher to boot!
