A unique place located in the full city center of Noto with 200m2 outside featuring a relaxing small pool (3.5mx1.8m) (heated when needed) that will make your holiday unforgettable. You will be able to walk to the main touristic places and to the restaurant while enjoying the comfort of having a large terrace where you can tan and refresh in the pool. “Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

Masseria Bio, Mirto apartment

The Masseria is composed by four independent accommodations characterized by comfortable indoor and private outdoor spaces in order to provide the best mix of comfort and nature. With respect to Sicilian tradition, the flooring and many other details are built with the Modica rock. Last but not least, Enredo, an incredibly sweet Spanish white horse is the indisputable master of the house, who will cheer your stay with his presence.

Trappeto Dellago sea view, pool, parking & wifi

Nestled in the hills of the Iblei Mountains, where fauna and flora still accurately reflect the ancient Sicilian tradition (ancient olive trees, carob, almond trees and vines) stands this old building, built in the first half of 1700 with mainly agricultural. It consisted of stables, millstone for processing grapes and trappeto for the processing of olives and therefore the production of oil.

Zigulì is an exclusive residence with swimming pool, located in a quiet and sunny position close to Noto.
