WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. We are situated right next to a small private marina. Although the dock is not available for use, the boat ramp is offered for a $5 drop box fee. Perfect for kiteboarders, paddle boarders, wind surfers, or anyone who wants to witness the beautiful Hatteras Island sunsets!

The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!

A charcoal grill is available. A fish cleaning table is available to clean the days catch!

Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.
