Casa Citerea takes its name from the Ionian island consecrated to Aphrodite, goddess of love. The space, private and of exclusive use, not shared, has been conceived and prepared so that its guests can move away from the mundane noise and to meet the carnal pleasures. In the middle of the "Parque Natural Montes de Málaga" and only a 10 minute's drive from the village Colmenar, we managed the refurbish the old horse stable into a cosy, self-contained holiday cottage with complete privacy. The area is especially suited for walks, trips with the mountainbike and racing bike. The location is also central for exploring Andalusia: Málaga, Ronda, Córdoba, Granada, the Caminito del Rey and Sevilla are easily accessible via the highway.

Our Shepherd's Stable (with shared pool) was lovingly restored and renovated by the previous owners of our organic farm, Huerta Salazar. It is a quiet, secluded place to disconnect and unwind but is also a good location from which to make great day-trips to Malaga, beaches, Antequerra, El Torcal and other parts of southern Spain. We are 2.5 km downhill from our local village - Almogia- and 35 minutes north of Malaga, along very scenic and windy roads.
