Seaton wetlands can be easily accessed on foot in minutes. Seaton town centre and beach are approx. 1 mile away, along with Seaton Tramway where you can enjoy a ride along the Axe estuary. The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, easy access to the Southwest coast path. Pets are welcome for a fee.

‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged

Passaflora coffee shop is on the ground floor and the town`s Supermarkets, Pubs and Restaurants are a stones throw away. Seatons Tramway is a five minute walk taking you on a rail journey along the River Axe

Well equipped for self catering but there are two great pubs in the village. Enclosed rear garden for al fresco dining and relaxing. Free, unrestricted parking outside on the road for easy access to the cottage. Large, walk in shower room with Faith in Nature shampoo and shower gel.

The Shepherds Secret is a luxury super cozy shepherd hut for up to 2 people, set on the beautiful Jurassic Coast, only one mile from the beach and set in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Kilnside was rebuilt from an existing outbuilding into a luxury, self-catering cottage with work finishing at the beginning of 2020. The space now boasts a stunning open-plan, vaulted kitchen and living area with large bi-fold doors onto a private patio. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with ensuite shower room. Both the bedroom and living room have a stunning view down the valley towards the coast at Lyme Regis.

At the end of the day's excursions, there's a beautiful courtyard garden to return to and enjoy early evening pre dinner drinks.
