Welcome to Villa Maria, our small fairy-tale chateau by the forest in Lauterbourg. It is your home away from home, with its own history and character, offering a calm retreat or a base between Karlsruhe and Strasbourg for exploring the Rhine Valley, Black Forest, and the Vosges. It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family or a group of ten, we hope you find it as welcoming and peaceful as we do.

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Willkommen in unserem Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage in Rülzheim im Herzen der Südpfalz! Rülzheim zeichnet sich vor allem durch die zentrale Lage in der Mitte von Karlsruhe, Landau und Speyer sowie der Nähe zum Elsass, der Weinstraße und dem Pfälzer Wald aus. Rülzheim selbst verfügt über alle nötigen Geschäfte, Banken, Ärzte, Cafés und Restaurants. Im Naherholungsgebiet befindet sich außerdem die Alla-Hopp-Anlage und ein schöner Badesee. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Unternehmungen!

Egal ob Wandern im Pfälzer Wald, ein paar Tage Wellness oder die Ruhe der Natur direkt vor der Haustür - in dieser Unterkunft lässt sich vieles vereinen. Der Pool ist bei unseren Gästen besonders beliebt, da er nach Sauna-und Spaziergängen für Erfrischung sorgt. Besonders geschätzt wird auch die Privatsphäre, da sowohl Pool als auch Sauna und Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Der Pool ist ganzjährig nutzbar, allerdings nicht beheizt. Ein Whirlpool steht nicht zur Verfügung.

Der EyerHof- seit drei Generationen im Besitz der Familie Eyer - ein über 120 Jahre altes Bauernhaus das von 2019 - 2022 kernsaniert wurde und nun den besonderen Charme eines Bauernhauses mit modernem Industrial- Style verbindet. NebenTerrasse , Hof und Garten gibt es eine Grillstation mit großem neuen Rösle Gasgrill & die Scheune die als gemütlich Lounge genutzt werden kann . Das Interieur des Hauses verbindet Fachwerk mit modernem Eisen, Holz , Sandstein , Lehmwände und alt mit Neu 🖤
