The apartment is located in the heart of Tihany near the Tihany Abbey, restaurants, souvenir shops, the lovely inner lake and a step away from the great Lake Balaton. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Balaton as well as the heritage town of Tihany. Couples, families and groups of friends are welcome to stay in my heritage home. The courtyard features a small pool for hot summer days, while the nearest beach is only a 10-minute drive away. Please note that while the Countryhouse itself is fully private, the outdoor areas are shared with guests staying in the other units. In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a private accommodation.

Cottage by the Lake

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy two terraces and a large garden. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

Ez a Balatonfüred szívében elhelyezkedő régi polgári villa tökéletes választás családoknak, kisebb baráti társaságoknak. 4 különálló hálószoba, 2 fürdőszoba és egy tágas nappali, étkező biztosítja, hogy mindenki kényelmesen elférjen. Az emeleten gyerekek számára kialakításra került egy játszó sarok is, hogy a kicsik is élvezzék az együtt töltött időt. A több mint 100 éves épület egyedi hangulattal rendelkezik. A régi ablakok, cserépkályha, nagy belmagasság mind emelik a ház patináját.

A kényelmesen felszerelt ház Örvényesen van. Sétálva elérhető a szabad strand (500 m), a vegyesbolt és a vasútállomás. A földszinten konyha, nappali, étkező, wellness fürdőszoba (szauna, fürdőkád), az emeleten 3 hálószoba és egy fürdőszoba található. Az első hálószobában 1 franciaágy, a második hálószobában 4 db 90 cm ágy, a harmadik hálószobában egy kihúzható ágy van. A konyha teljes mértékben felszerelt. A nappalit a terasszal üvegajtók kötik össze. Nagy kert van, játszótérrel.

A vendégház stílusos, új egyedülálló design otthon egy olyan környezetben, ahol tudunk egy kicsit magunkra, a természet csodáira és a belső békénkre figyelni. A ház teljesen felszerelt, klímával, elektromos fűtéssel ellátott. A galérián egy dupla ágy a nappaliban egy kihúzható kanapé található. Egy háborítatlan kicsi birtokon áll a Kalácsház. Ideális hely elvonulni és pihenni egy kicsit kettesben. Este pedig a csillagok alatt is fürdőzhettek a kültéri dézsában. Dörgicse egy csendes kis gyöngyszeme a Balaton-felvidéknek, különleges éttermek, Balaton parti programok és a közelben egy old timer múzeum is helyet kapott. A házban légkondícionáló biztosítja a meleget télen, és a hűtést nyáron. Egy forró lazító fürdő a kirándulás után ideális a kétszemélyes kádban.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.
