Daisy Cottage is situated on the Wild Atlantic Way just outside Downings. A quaint yet spacious traditional Irish cottage with 3 double bedrooms and additional sofa bed. Surrounded by beautiful grounds and historic outhouses, located 1.5k from Tramore beach which stretches almost 7k (behind St Patrick’s Links, Roasapenna Golf Course). Other nearby attractions include the Boardwalk Resort (1k), the famous Glen Bar & Restaurant (3k), Doe Castle (4k), Ards Friary, Marble Hill & Dunfanaghy (14k).

Enjoy the beautiful views across the sea to the mountains on the Fanad Peninsula while having breakfast on the balcony. Walk through the garden, along the private path to the sandy, sheltered beach for a fresh seawater dip. Take the shore path to Buncrana town and enjoy the cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs or explore part of the Wild Atlantic Way. Watch the moon reflect in the sea, sleep, wake up and repeat.

We are located next door to Portsalon Blue Flag Beach that was awarded the 2nd most beautiful beach in the world by the London Observer. The house overlooks the beautiful Ballymastocker Bay. It's a short stroll to the Stores Pub and Restaurant as well as Portsalon Golf Links. Fanad lighthouse is only a 7 minute drive, listed in the most beautiful lighthouses of the world!
