You’ll be close to everything but far enough to enjoy a relaxing trip. The home features Four bedrooms, two full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, a full basement, and 18ft ceilings on the main level. You will enjoy 65, 42, and 32-inch smart TV's throughout the home. In addition, a private upstairs main suite with King size bed, sofa seating area, and workstation.

It is 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms (1 upstairs through the main bedroom and one downstairs) and is in walking distance of many restaurants, shops and bars. Visit your student, catch a game or simply hangout and enjoy the space. This home is filled with color, artwork, cute furniture and lots and lots of tigers! Note: I have recently taken over this property and in process of replacing (with keeping the same vibe) some of the articles.

It is also close to Merriweather Post Pavilion for easy access to concerts and events. The historical essence of the 1809-built house is preserved through a comprehensive 2023 renovation.

Fox Cottage *Pet Friendly*

Fox Cottage is a modern addition to our 115 year old Victorian home. It’s a One Bedroom Queen size mattress & memory foam topper. There’s a Loft with a Full Size Memory Foam Mattress. The loft is a cozy space accessible by a vintage wooden ladder. It is not appropriate for people who cannot climb a ladder. There’s an outdoor seating area with a Chiminea to light a fire, enjoy a cup of coffee or wine, work or just listen to the birds.
