Lovely private upstairs suite super close to downtown Boise, the river, foothills, and Boise State University. Perfect for the business traveler, families, or the casual traveler looking for a short trip or an extended stay. The space has been recently renovated with modern finishes & area rugs throughout to create a comfy home feel. The bathroom and bedrooms have privacy doors and the kitchen has new pots and pans and essentials. Each room has a desk for workers and we have some toys for kids

Yes, warm! Our place is a feeling. You can arrive in the dark and see by our firepit Park next to the deck, walk a few feet, open the door, and walk inside. You're home. We are setup for anytime arrival. "Kate Brown" wears a hat and is milked every day. We give a free goat milk sample. Free-range chickens and roosters will follow you. Snuggle down on the love couch for a Roku/Netflix movie (you connect to YOUR cellphone Hotspot). You can walk around and see wildlife or buy fresh eggs ($4).

Modern King Bed Suite + Hot Tub Overlooking River

When you stay at this little A-frame, the sounds of the Middle Fork of the Payette will relax you as the cabin is perched 50 feet away. You will experience the perfect getaway to rejuvenate your soul and/or a perfect place to escape the city or work remotely. You will have plenty of room in the freshly remodeled King Bed Suite. All with the option to enjoy the hot tub under the stars and sitting around a warm wood stove. The cabin is 50 minutes from Boise and (2) minutes from downtown Crouch.

The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Enjoy electricity, Starlink internet, a mini-split for heat and AC, wood stove, propane cook stove and grill. Close to hot springs, hiking and river fun. Not for everyone. No running water, we provide fresh water and a clean porta-potty.

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.
