Newly renovated industrial vintage apartment ideally located in the Eixample Derecha district also known as the "Golden Triangle" of Barcelona, on a 5 min’ walking distance from Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Famila with fancy bars, restaurants & shops. Decorated with original vintage furniture and pieces of art. The apartment has been recently renovated (April 2014) and we were keen in maintaining all the original details of 1930 like the high brick vaulted ceilings and typical Barcelona tile floors. We decorated it putting all our love and dedication into it. The apartment has original vintage furniture from all over Europe (mainly from the late fifties) and art pieces from local and international artists. The neighborhood has plenty of " chic" or more local restaurants, fancy bars and grocery stores. The location is a must as it is 5 min walk from the famous Gaudi House "La Pedrera (Casa Mila)" and Passeig the Gracia with all its luxury stores. The Sagrada Familia is 4 blocks away and can be easily reached by foot. The apartment has been used by several production houses to shoot commercials. The apartment has a touristic license which is mandatory in Catalonia (H UTB 008138). Hallway (5M2) A large living and dining room (35 M2); A large double bedroom (20 M2); One bathroom (13 M2). That is why we made a little guide with our favorite places to visit and to go out for dinner and drinks in order for you to experience Barcelona the way we do after having lived here for several years. The home is set in the Eixample Derecha, also known as the Golden Triangle of Barcelona, famous for its 19th century Modernist buildings. This cosy and relaxed neighbourhood is filled with covered markets, grocery shops, restaurants, and bars. The nearest Metro is Verdaguer (yellow line) at the end of the street (2 min walk) and brings you directly to all the interesting places e.g old town, beach ... The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you may need to cook. It has also a build in extra large washing machine. The apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Luxury linen and towels are provided including organic bathing products (i.e. moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing shower gel, body lotion, facial cleanser, and soap). Baby chairs and baby beds can be provided upon request. A cleaning and cooking service can be offered during your stay as well as a taxi service to and from the airport. Public parking is available in front of the apartment (outside) and free depending of the area and timing. Private parking (covered with guard and 24 accessible) is available at a special rate of 15 Euros a day.

Además, ofrece un armario amplio para el almacenamiento de ropa y otros enseres personales, ideal para aquellos que planean estancias más largas. El baño es un espacio elegante, con paredes de tonos suaves y una ducha espaciosa. Un gran espejo y una iluminación cuidada crean un ambiente relajante. Está equipado con toallas y productos básicos de aseo, para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa desde el primer momento. En conjunto, este apartamento es perfecto para quienes buscan un espacio funcional, cómodo y con estilo en una de las zonas más animadas y céntricas de Barcelona. Hay tres apartamentos idénticos disponibles, cada uno con las mismas características y comodidades, aunque con algunos detalles decorativos que varían ligeramente entre ellos. Al hacer la reserva, se le podrá asignar cualquiera de los tres apartamentos, sin garantizar uno en particular. No obstante, todos ofrecen el mismo confort y estilo, asegurando una estancia agradable independientemente de la opción asignada.

El precio del apartamento es por su uso completo independiente de las personas. La tasa turística no está incluida en el precio. Es un pago extra de 9,50 € por noche y por cada persona mayor de 16 años de la reserva. Los menores de 2 años no cuentan para la ocupación máxima. TV con Canales internacionales (Satélite). Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones menos en la galería. Control central por vivienda. Amplio salón y una terraza cerrada (galeria) que funciona como comedor. Zona con mucha luz, muy silencioso (Sin ruido de coches) y con una magnificas vistas de los interiores del bloque (vistas a los tipicos patios interiores modenistas). Dormitorio doble con cama extra grande (180x200cm) y habitación anexa para vestidor y con una mesa de trabajo. Dormitorio mediano algo estrecho con con cama doble de 140x200cm. Dormitorio individual pequeño con cama de 90x200cm. Baño pequeño con secador de pelo. Tiene pequeña bañera con ducha. Cocina grande con mesa de desayuno y muy completa, equipada para cocinar y comer. Dispone de todos los electrodomésticos necesarios (lavadora-secadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, hervidor, cafetera y tostador) más platos, vasos y útiles de cocina. También dispone de colgador de ropa, plancha y tabla de planchar. BEBÉS: Sin cargo les podemos dar una cuna de viaje y una silla alta.(Trona)

Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm.
