Este apartamento tiene luz, es práctico y tiene todo lo necesario para que no eches de menos tu casa. Sí, tenemos terraza (y sí, querrás usarla). Es el lugar perfecto para comer fuera sin tener que buscar mesa en un restaurante o para tomar el sol sin que nadie te pida paso. Si el día ha sido intenso recorriendo la ciudad, este es el sitio donde oficialmente puedes desconectar y recordar que estás de vacaciones. Úsala bajo tu propio riesgo: es posible que te cueste volver a salir a la calle. Este apartamento está pensado para que cuatro personas convivan sin estorbarse. Tienes dos habitaciones privadas: la principal con cama doble y una segunda con una cama de matrimonio pequeña. También hay un sofá cama en el salón, por si prefieres tener más opciones a la hora de decidir quién duerme dónde. Hemos equipado la cocina con todo lo necesario para que te prepares algo en casa cuando el cuerpo te pida una tregua. No hace falta que llenes la maleta con champú, jabón, toallas, secador o plancha; aquí encontrarás de todo. Si vienes con niños o bebés, avísanos con tiempo; si tenemos disponibilidad, te dejamos una cuna o una trona para que no tengas que cargar con la casa a cuestas. Sinceramente, no creemos que con todo lo que hay que ver en Barcelona te haga falta, pero tienes televisión por si una noche decides que el mejor plan es simplemente quedarse a ver una película. El apartamento es tuyo mientras estés aquí, así que siéntete libre de usar todo lo que encuentres. Queremos que disfrutes del apartamento, pero también que lo cuides como si fuera tuyo (o mejor, si puede ser). Nada de fiestas: El apartamento es para descansar, no para abrir una discoteca. És un dúplex que consta de un salón comedor con cocina abierta, dos habitaciones y dos baños. Bien equipado con todo lo que necesitas. Está bien equipado. El apartamento es entero con uso exclusivo para los huéspedes que lo alquilan. Pueden acceder libremente a todas sus estancias. En la parte de abajo se encuentra el salón con cocina abierta, una habitación de matrimonio y un baño. En el salón hay un sofá-cama pequeño. Subiendo unas escaleras, en la parte de arriba, se puede encontrar un pequeño espacio de trabajo abierto, una habitación de matrimonio y un baño. En el apartamento siempre encontrarás ropa de cama limpia, toallas, jabón y papel higiénico. La cocina tiene microondas, horno, nevera, congelador, tostadora, fogones, exprimidor, cafetera y todo lo necesario. También hay lavadora y plancha. Todos los servicios están incluidos y se puede hacer uso de todas las estancias. En el check in, se tiene que entregar el DNI y pagar la taxa turística. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. A fantastic apartment with 4 single beds. The apartment is very quiet and have balcony. No smoke inside of apartment. Keys box for self checkin. We will pass the password 3 days before the trip . The adults guests ( over 16 years old) need pay 9.5€ per person per night for the city tax. It’s not include in rental, need pay cash when the guests arrive at apartment. The adults guests ( over 17 years old) need pay 6.25€ per person per night for the city tax. My cleaner lives near around the apartment building, she can take care of our guests all the time.
