Tempat ini dilengkapi dengan peralatan Miele dan Liebherr, kulkas/freezer ganda, kulkas anggur, kompor induksi, microwave, mesin cuci piring, Magimix, mesin Kopi Nespresso dan Nutribullet. Di lantai pertama terdapat dua kamar tidur besar dengan tempat tidur King Size dan kamar mandi dalam. Kamar tidur utama memiliki balkon sendiri yang menghadap ke taman depan dan area kolam renang. Juga di lantai pertama, kamar tidur ketiga adalah kamar twin bedded yang atas permintaan dapat dibuat sebagai kamar tidur ganda. Ini juga memiliki kamar mandi dan balkonnya sendiri. Area bawah tanah terdiri dari kamar tidur lebih lanjut dengan dua tempat tidur susun. Ada kamar mandi lebih lanjut untuk kamar tidur ini.
