The house is guarded with 24 hour CCTV Cameras inside and outside the property for security purposes. The house villa is 30mins to Lingayen Beach, 45mins to Hundred Island, 10mins to Daang Kalikasan, 1 hour to Manaoag Church and 10mins to the town proper.
