Family friendly beach house within walking distance to surf beach inlet and town. Equiped with bedding, towels, etc or can bring own. Porta cot available, but need to bring own linen for this . Pets are welcome, with a fenced yard. Please be thoughtful and clean up after your pets. BBQ in shady back garden for outside entertainment. Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.
