PLEASE READ 💕 Sweet Lil Blue is a modest, cute, cosy basement apartment. The home is 100+ years old, so expect nice creaks and quirks! It offers clean linens, towels, toiletries, plus coffee, tea, and basics for your stay. Ceilings are ~7ft — fair warning for tall guests! On the cusp of East End and Downtown, it’s walkable to major amenities, trails, and 9 mins to the airport. I'm nearby, responsive, and happy to help with anything you need. Pier 9

This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! This little gem has its own outdoor dock and is located right on the Fox Island trail! Because it is right on the water we have a propane Cinderella incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. These colourful stages are a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax by the indoor propane fireplace or enjoy a beverage on the dock!

Newfoundland Beach House

As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. (House has great wifi too for those remote workers:)
