Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. Come see our wonderful farmhouse in the middle of an Almond orchard. The 3000 sq.ft. house is open and relaxing. Pool is inviting the swimmers to cool off or just sit and relax. Then spend the evening by the firepit in our redwoods and be charmed by the frogs and other creatures singing. The master bedroom and bath is large and has both a soaking tub and a walkin shower for two. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a full bath in each. Come and enjoy the house we remodeled for our enjoyment!!

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
