Look for seashells at the beach, only .2 miles away, or walk along the 11-mile bike path that runs through the heart of Emerald Isle. Public boat ramp is only 1.1 miles from the house.

Bike or walk along Front Street to dine at one of Beaufort's restaurants or to the Beaufort Hotel to dine with water view!

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Private Dock! 3 miles to a public boat ramp, 35 min. to Atlantic Beach and Fort Macon, 15 min. to Beaufort for restaurants/bars, 10 min. to the end of Harkers Island for a museum and the Ferry service to Cape Lookout Lighthouse or Shackleford Banks! We have 3 bdrms (1 K/1 Q/2 T), 2 full baths, Living Area, Dining area, Porch, and Outdoor Shower! No pets. This is not beachfront -it is waterfront w/step access into the water with a Private Dock!
