Our home is spacious, modern, & thoughtfully designed. 2 living rooms, and an open kitchen/dining/living floor plan provide plenty of space for hanging out. Located just 2 miles from Beaver Creek and 7 miles from Vail, on the Eagle-Vail golf course. In the winter time, the golf course is the perfect spot for snowshoeing and sledding! In the summer, enjoy golf, the nearby community pool or hikes right from the house.

The deck has amazing views and fenced yard. There is plenty of parking in the 2-car garage and large driveway.

Amazing Mountain Views

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Family Friendly Home in Edwards.

Great Edwards location. Gondola! Air Conditioning in upper and main level. Beautiful, spacious home in Edwards. Surrounded by natural vegetation with common deer sightings. Great place for a large family or multiple families. Quick access to Hwy 6. . .located in a quiet neighborhood. Located just up the hill from Riverwalk, one of Edwards' great commercial areas with Starbucks, restaurants, a grocery store and movie theater. Sorry, firepit is not available summer 2026.

Distance to Edward is 12 miles, we are 3 miles off of I-70 in between Edwards and Eagle in Wolcott. A short drive to all summer activities. Winter skiing is 15 minutes to Beaver Creek and 20 to Vail. Less than an hours drive to Glenwood Springs. Pet-friendly with cleaning fee, 420 is ok, but outside only please.
