Swallows Return Beautiful coastal bungalow

Swallow’s Return is a newly refurbished single storey property, situated in a peaceful residential area, with open rural views to the rear. The property has been fully renovated to include two new bathrooms (one accessible) and a new kitchen. The open plan sitting room and dining area is filled with light, and overlooks the good sized garden and to the fields beyond. There are two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and high level WC. There are no steps inside the house.

Our sunny 1930's bungalow is ready to welcome you for a traditional seaside holiday! Comfortably sleeping a family of four, the master bedroom has a gorgeous four-poster kingsize bed, a second bedroom has two singles. There is a bathroom with a bath (shower over) and sink and then a seperate toilet room. There is plenty of garden space and a long driveway for parking several cars. Coopers Cottage is a beautiful cosy seaside home tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the lovely coastal blue beach award winning town of Sheringham. Only 7 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the high street and train station. It is also very close to the Poppy Line steam train station. The cottage has 1 off-street parking space and comfortably sleeps 4 people. There is also an option for 1 extra person to sleep on the day bed on the landing room. Please request when booking.

Welcome to Cliffside Hideaway. Our comfortable boutique annex is situated in the heart of Sheringham, Norfolk a stone's throw from the sea. Our refurbished ground floor apartment has been annexed from our characterful 19th century terrace home. You will be welcomed into a well equipped kitchenette, spacious bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet facilities. We are just a few minute stroll from the seafront and our friendly, bustling highstreet. Ideal for couples and solo travellers.

The Little Workshop

The Little Workshop is a self-contained holiday annexe in the village of West Runton, on the North Norfolk coast. We are situated on the coast road and 10 minutes walk from West Runton beach. It is attached to the main house, with its own entrance and parking space. Perfect accommodation for two guests and a pet ; it consists of a 1 bedroom studio with kitchenette, separate wet room and entrance lobby. There is a small patio at the rear of the annexe, that is fenced off from the main garden.

The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Only one minute from the center of Sheringham and five minutes from the beach. This is our newest, fully renovated cottage. You walk through the front door into the fully fitted kitchen with integrated dishwasher and washing machine and then up the stairs to the living room. The two double bedroom follow on from the living room upstairs. Both bedrooms have en-suite rooms with large showers.
