New. Garden Cape guest suite WITH private entrance. Newly furnished. This guest suite is bright and airy. Large living space. Bedroom w/queen bed. Coffee maker with coffee & teas. Toaster. Apartment-size refrigerator. Microwave. Sink. Washer & Dryer. Guest suite is the lower level of our home located on a 5-acre wooded lot. Space is very private and separate. Separate driveway-come and go as you please. Age 21 or older to book. No parties. No pets due to allergies. No smoking. No small children.

Close to town and I 93, a rural paradise. You have your own driveway and private deck with gorgeous views of hills and gardens. The bed is surrounded by two walls of windows-with shades. There is a Hearthstone gas stove, a loveseat, and a huge custom shower in a modern bathroom. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a kitchen counter and sink, a microwave, a blender and crock pot. There is a television with cable, Netflix, etc. We stock coffee, and breakfast foods for your convenience.

We're close to the center of town, university, shopping plazas, hiking trails, Interstate 93 and ski resorts. State parks and Newfound, Winnipesaukee & Squam Lakes are easily accessible by car. Great base for hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, fall sand sculptures, leaf peeping, skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, biking and nearby ice castles.

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
