IMPORTANT: there is a 2 person maximum. If you are a healthy person and want to have a quiet time away, then this place is perfect for you. You will have a whole separate and independent apartment on the second floor of the house. The hosts live on the ground floor. Connected to wifi and and only 1 hour away from Brisbane, 1 minute drive to the beach and 1 min drive to the supermarket, post office, petrol station, and restaurants. Our place is for respectful, non-partying people only thanks.

Bellara Blue is a recently renovated family owned property located in a quiet street close to beaches & playgrounds. Enjoy its newly landscaped gardens (fully fenced) with its bbq & pergola. Feel the cool breezes throughout its open plan living or on those extreme hot days you may opt for the air conditioning. Venture out on the nearby cycling and walking tracks or just relax at the various nearby restaurants and cafes. Take a short drive to the pristine surf beaches at Woorim.

You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome. NO failed gentle parenting products. No aggressive and destructive kids. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
