Our home is special for its location providing easy summer access to water on the Deschutes River and easy winter access to snowy adventures on Mt Bachelor. Summer months are booked early by guests who love our peaceful water views and access to their private dock, kayaks & bicycles. Our winter months welcome guests looking to experience snowy pines and easy access to Mt Bachelor's powdery slopes and surrounding trails. Summer or winter guests celebrate our pristine hot tub, morning to evening.

Enjoy our convenient Downtown location! Just a short walk to Downtown Bend, the Old Mill District, and the popular Box Factory shops/restaurants. This recently updated house has a modern vibe with ample parking and cozy beds (1 King and 2 Queens). It has fast Wi-Fi & a desk in the master bedroom for those working remotely. The Living room has an Amazon Firestick to easily stream content from your online accounts. We have a fenced in yard with paver patio to relax outside. Come relax and enjoy!

Cozy Three Story Lookout Tower

Thank you for your interest in The Cozy Lookout Tower! Our unique vacation home is really a destination location rather than just a place to stay while you explore the area. Many of our guests are repeat guests that use our home as a place to recharge, relax, cook, read, talk, play games and connect with that special someone. There are some lovely hikes in the area, we encourage you to bring your dog and enjoy the beautiful surroundings by taking some hikes then returning for a soak in the tub!

Relax at a peaceful farmhouse for a romantic weekend, or take your time exploring Bend with friends. Baltzor Farm and Guesthouse is fewer than 2 miles from some of Bend's amazing breweries and restaurants. Smith Rock and Mt. Bachelor are both within 30 minutes of the guesthouse. Catch a concert, float the Deschutes, or go on a bike ride. Our relaxing farmhouse has rustic, old-world charm with all of the modern amenities, including a soaking tub, waterfall showerhead, soft linens, and Starlink.

Outdoor space includes private deck and hot tub with views; small enclosed front yard. Full kitchen, washer/dryer. Queen Casper in the tiny bedroom. Sleeper sofa in living room. Great natural light. Off street parking.
