Enjoy the sandy beaches around Swanage and Studland.

Enjoy a tranquil break in our recently renovated Grade II listed cottage in the heart of Dorset. No.1 The Courtyard is nestled just outside the village of Tincleton and was originally part of the servant’s accommodation to Clyffe House (1842). We are situated 6 miles from Dorchester, and within easy reach of many Dorset attractions; Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle, The Purbeck Hills, Kimmeridge, Southwest Coastal Path, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World, Weymouth, Swanage.

Our House

Traditional cottage, mixing old with new. Large living area but with a cosy warm feel. Relax with the whole family. Stay in a small village with local shop and two pubs. So many well known attractions and beaches with in half an hour. Or just enjoy a walk though the fields or across the stream and into Mays Wood. The main bedroom opens up onto a roof decking with seating for morning coffee in the sun. Wooden steps lead down to the garden which can also be accessed from the kitchen.

Cobblers Cottage, Dorset

Relax and unwind in a newly renovated 18th Century cottage, combining period charm with modern convenience and luxury. Sleeping 6+ in three spacious double bedrooms, one en suite on the ground floor. The cottage also boasts a decadent bathroom, open plan kitchen diner, living room with inglenook fireplace, sun room and front & back cottage gardens. Within 20 minutes of Dorset's top attractions, you can combine rural charm with convenience to truly make the most of your trip!

Primrose Shepherds Hut

This hut is called Primrose. King size bed with 100% cotton linen, with a choice of pillows. Kitchen with a microwave/grill, small fridge and hob. Underfloor heating. Full size shower and toilet within the hut. Outside shelter for washing dogs/boots and facilities for bike washing on site. Private parking and enclosed garden with out door seating. Welcome pack provided. Famous Jurassic Coast Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, Monkey World and the Tank Museum are close.

Appleloft Cottage, Cottages at Woodlands

Appleloft Cottage is a beautifully renovated, semi detached, two story building in a secluded location close to some of the best amenities Dorset has to offer.It is very well appointed for your stay with its own boot room with washer-dryer, super fast broadband, and a fully equipped kitchen. We are located in a tiny hamlet a few miles from the historic town of Wareham very near Monkey world and the Tank museum and only 20 minutes from some of Dorset's iconic beaches
