Fisher's Paradise on Lake Saluda w Boat Ramp

Stay at Saluda Lake Landing in this unique lakefront property getaway that has a house, cafe, boat ramp, and dock. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more. Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp. Welcome to your cozy retreat in the West End of Downtown Greenville! This newly constructed, detached garage studio near the up and coming West End Village, Unity Park, and downtown offers easy access to the city's best entertainment, boutique shops, and vibrant food scene. Enjoy a queen-sized memory foam bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated dining area. High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV are included. Perfect for a peaceful escape with all the comforts you need for a memorable stay.

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Acorn Cottage at Saluda River Farms

We call this the adventure cottage — perfect for travelers seeking a truly eclectic and cozy retreat. Acorn Cottage is a tiny, peaceful hideaway ideal for a quiet weekend escape. This 220 sq ft space offers a step up from glamping, featuring a comfortable bed (note: you’ll need to step up to get in), a cozy living area, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom. Outside, a charming deck invites you to relax and soak in the surroundings. Just the right size for your next weekend getaway!

Our Tiny Treasure

A cozy get-away just outside of charming Travelers Rest. Located off Hwy 25. Close to both Furman and North Greenville Universities. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

Saluda Splash Home

Convenient to explore so many places. Falls Park only 4 miles away and Ashville, NC is about an hour away. Gorgeous mountains so close (Paris mountian 20 min, Table Rock 30 min.) Large, well stocked kitchen. All the amenities you want nearby w/stores, restaraunts, hiking, bicycling, rafting, kayaking, boating, etc. Relax on this 1/3 acre with in ground pool, gas grille, privacy fence in back and beautifully updated home. 3 car parking TV in living room uses firestick.

The Bike Barn ( next to Furman University)

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
