Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Payne Pony Farm is nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of South West MI, since 1942. Beautiful views of rolling pastures, crops and Maple groves. On the farm is Horses, Cattle, farm to table store and maple syrup shack. It is a working farm, so various activities depending on season. Maple syrup making, planting crops, making hay, harvesting crops, hunting offered in the fall. We are close to Lake Michigan, North Dame and Four Winds.

Sweet cottage on our farm: Fully equipped kitchen and furnished living/sleeping area 14’x15' approx., washer/dryer. Sleeps 4: queen bed and queen sofa bed. Lots of privacy and next to organic garden, fields, stable and fruit orchards. All utilities, TV and WI-FI included. Well water with new water softener and water heater. Pet friendly; no pet fee. Lots of farm paths to walk your pet. Encourage off leash if trained. Horses have moved to another farm while pasture and stable rehabbed.

Welcome to our modern minimalist tiny house located a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park beach and 1.5 miles from all that Sawyer Michigan area has to offer. Tiny is the second dwelling on this property and is technically a mobile tiny house. While we do have electricity and water, much like an RV the drains run to holding tanks. This means VERY LIMITED WATER USE for showers and toilet flushing. It features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a queen bed in the small loft.

These little cottages were built between the 1930s-50s and is one of the last properties of this type along Lake Michigan in this area.
