Lavender Cottage is a beautifully presented holiday bungalow located in a quiet spot on Landscove Holiday Park at Berry Head in Brixham. This wonderful location is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, making it the perfect base for a holiday in beautiful South Devon. Landscove Park is a peaceful holiday park, with a seasonal swimming pool, shop, a children's play area, games room and The Cove Bar & Kitchen. (Please see notes for additional charges). The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Berry Head Farm Cottage

Beautiful self contained cottage in the heart of Berry Head Nature Reserve, with a stunning half acre walled garden, beautiful views & 2 mins walk to the woods to access the South West Coast Path. Just a mile walk into Brixham harbour, with its blue flag beach, fabulous restaurants & historic fish market. The cottage has its own gate entrance for extra privacy and has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately no dogs allowed as we have guinea fowl roaming.

My purpose built and high specification annexe is in a quiet position and just a couple of minutes walk to the coastal path mid way between Goodrington and Broadsands beaches. Fully fitted kitchen, high speed broadband, wi-fi and a fully fitted bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating throughout are all included. Nearby local shops (10 minutes walk). No smoking please and no pets. High chair and cot available on request.
