Fully functioning kitchen. Spacious bathroom & shower. We provide TV and internet in the unit. We have 2 on-site restuarants, market, theater, and parking. This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome has views of the golf course and is in the beachside sanctuary of Salt Pond in Bethany Beach. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball and basketball courts. Enjoy the newly renovated first-floor primary ensuite bedroom, while your guests find solace in the two additional bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. Also, on a first floor is a half bath, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch and patio.

In town Rehoboth, with Rise Up and the boardwalk just a quick walk away, you'll love this home with a POOL AND HOT TUB (April-Oct). There's a ton of natural light, plus comfy queen and king beds, nice new linens, and more. Please note there is a security camera on the pool and in the pool equipment area for your safety. Dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay for first pet, $25 per additional (additional pet fee after the first will be billed after your reservation is complete). Maximum 3 dogs.

It is the perfect home for multi-generational guests, a few couples or a large family. It is decorated with relaxation in mind, using teals, blues and coastal prints. The Sand Pebble will be decorated for the Winter Holiday seasons. This home is pet-free to accommodate my family members and guests with extreme allergies.
