A lovely spot for guests who wish to dine in and don’t fancy eating on their laps. ++BEDROOM++ Bedroom is located upstairs. KING SIZE bed dress in fresh white linen. The room also features an amazing mezzanine gallery. Beautiful and stylish barn conversion near York

The cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming base for your stay. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler, so very eco friendly. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.
