The ocean view! That's what this property is all about. Sitting more than 150 feet above Beverly Beach with windows looking west, the views are incredible. With rolling waves and the possibility of spotting whales, this is the place! This is a house that we have recently purchased. Cottage is located on the south end of Yachats and a short distance to sandy the sandy beach at Yachats Bay.
