A newly renovated 700 sq ft cottage in a beloved farmhouse. The cottage sleeps 4 with a second-story bedroom including a king and queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. In the living room, there is also a cozy twin daybed. Check-in is seamless with keyless entry and includes a washer and dryer, fire pit, two parking spaces, and one dog under 50 lbs welcome. Under 10 minutes from the interstate, UNE, Amtrak, some of the most beautiful beaches in Maine, and several fantastic restaurants and breweries.

Comfortably sleeps 5 in two queen beds and a twin XL bunk. Easy access to Goose Rocks Beach as well as Smith Preserve conservation trails for biking, hiking, trail running, snow shoeing and cross-country skiing. Located 6 miles from the center of Kennebunkport and 3 1/2 miles from Cape Porpoise.

Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

This four bedroom 1.5 bath home on historic Springs Island in Saco has both the charm and amenities that you need for your next vacation. Stay in this restored new englander on the Saco River in Biddeford where you can enjoy the water at home or you are just a short drive to the many of the most traversed beaches in Maine. You are also within walking distance to thriving downtown Biddeford, its mill district, and all of its restaurants and shops. Guests get access to a private gym as well.

After a long day at the beach, come back to relax under the trees in the serenity of the backyard and then fire up the grill & fire pit as the sun goes down. We strive to offer a thoughtful balance between modern amenities and a natural setting. This space is perfect for two guests, with a maximum of four who are comfortable sharing tiny accommodations. We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation.
