The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. You must snow shoe or sled through the woods. Private, year-round, 4 person Hot tub! 420 Friendly! There may be beer in the fridge. The home sits on a hill 60 feet above lake level providing stunning views year-round. A short walk down the private gravel path brings you to the water.

Restaurants, pubs and a local grocery store minutes away. The cabin is perfect for 2. A third person will add a 25.00 per night fee. Due to allergy reasons we can accept no pets.

We are a 15 minute ride to Gore Ski Mountain, a 25 minute ride to Lake George, a 50 minute ride to Saratoga Springs and minutes from local hiking trails, fishing holes, maple syrup farms and more! Built by a local craftsman with logs from our area and local river stone for the fireplace. Cabin is completely modernized. A lovely porch looking towards the pond and exterior lights along the Pond. Minutes to all outdoor activities. Pet fee $75 per pet must be paid at time of booking. Must bring dog blankets!

2 bdrm ADK cabin 10 mins to GORE MTN

The "Mellow Moose" cabin is a quiet and peaceful retreat in the woods. Spend the day exploring the region or simply relax in nature. Afternoons are great for reading a book as the sun shines through the large living room windows. Relax on the screened in front porch for a quiet evening and a drink. Or enjoy a campfire and watch the sunset through the trees. Use this as your home base for a ski trip or take a trip to Schroon lake, Brant lake or Lake George. (Roughly 30mins)

3-Acre Cabin: Private Beach, Sauna, Pool Table

Enjoy a wooded Adirondack setting with all the amenities you need including a fully-stocked kitchen, rec room with pool table and sauna room. You'll have access to a scenic private beach. Gore Mountain is about 15 minutes away. Hiking trailheads are minutes away. The rustic Garnet Hill Lodge & Restaurant is up the road to enjoy lunch, dinner or their cocktail lounge. You can take a 12 minute ride to historic North Creek for restaurants, shopping and antiquing.
