We love our 100+ year old farm and want to share our family gem with you. This charming, vintage farmhouse has a private, in-ground heated pool with a slide, pagoda w/ outside seating, hammocks, stone front porch, sun room/art nook, a barn, horses, cats, and a neighbor dog that might come say hi. Our farm is ideal for artists/musicians, it's equipped with supplies, art, and instruments. Camp/hike the picturesque 80 acres of rolling hills, forests, meadows, and wetlands. For your security and ours we have added outdoor cameras, but absolutely no indoor cameras.There are two golf courses with-in 5 miles and has several restaurants located near the Village of Linwood. Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
