Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay and 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Cottage for Chichester, West Wittering, Goodwood

Positioned off the back of our 17th century farmhouse, our annexe is a short distance from the beautiful Chichester harbour and just a few miles from East and West Wittering beaches, and Goodwood Estate. The annex is separate and independent from our family home and we're here to help with anything we can, while making sure you have the space to have a great friends or family break. Parking for two cars. Bikes and watersports kit can be stored in our stable.

Cornerstones, Harbour Village House

Cornerstones is a large bright family holiday home with a south facing garden. A perfect location for boating, walking, beach activities and cycling. Convenient for Chichester, Goodwood and within walking distance of some lovely pubs and cafes. There are some beautiful walks from the house which include harbour footpaths. Local maps in the house. The log cabin is a great place for teens. Weekend bookings must include both Friday and Saturday.

The Annex

The Annex is located in the village of Birdham, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, and is a fantastic base from which to explore the local area and all it has to offer. There is something for everyone with beautiful beaches, woodland walks, Goodwood Race Course and the historic city of Chichester all just a short distance away. Guests have exclusive use of the private garden wellness area during their stay. The space is not shared, and no one else accesses this area or surroundings while guests are staying. This cosy and comfortable , lodge sleeps two guests and is a short walk from Pagham nature reserve, is close to Goodwood and a short drive to the stunning beaches of West Wittering, Selsey and Bracklesham.

Little Barn is a cosy, compact detached barn set in the grounds of a country house near Chichester. It can sleep up to 4 people. Little Barn has a well equipped, open plan kitchen, sitting room & dining area with wood burning stove, modern bathroom, TV and wifi. Snuggle up & watch the ducks, swans & geese on the pond & the herd of wild deer grazing near by.
