On the border of Redland and Bishopston, 5 minutes to the heart of Gloucester Road and a 30 min walk to Clifton or Bristol Centre. The open plan space has a sitting area, bathroom, bed, kitchen and dining table. You are also welcome to share part of our garden to sit outside. The annexe has its own entrance so you can come and go as you please without interruption, but please note it is adjoined to our family home and you may hear us from time to time. Parking is on street.

A stylish and comfortable one bed flat just off the bustling Gloucester Rd with its great range of independent shops, bars and restaurants.
