Villa Zen spans three levels and has been thoughtfully designed to provide guests with comfort, privacy, and plenty of space to relax. Upon arrival, you'll have access to secure private parking with an automatic gate, allowing you to park your vehicle inside the property. A small entrance courtyard leads into the main living area, which features a bright lounge, a dining space, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Large glass doors open directly onto the pool area, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Outside, you'll find a private swimming pool surrounded by outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The outdoor area also includes a lawn, a barbecue, and additional lounge furniture, making it an ideal space for gathering with family and friends. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with its own shower room and direct access to the pool area. A separate toilet is also available on this level. The first floor features two bedrooms. One includes an en-suite shower room and offers the same level of comfort as the ground-floor bedroom. The second is a larger suite with a spacious bathroom, a large walk-in shower, and a generous balcony overlooking the pool. A separate toilet is also located on this floor. On the top floor, you'll find a fourth bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a dressing area, and plenty of storage space. This level also provides access to a large terrace with open views and a glimpse of the sea. A separate toilet is available here as well. For your convenience, Villa Zen is equipped with fiber-optic internet and high-speed Wi-Fi coverage throughout the entire property, ensuring a strong and reliable connection on every floor.
