With all of the modern conveniences including hot water, outdoor shower, bar fridge, wifi and well appointed outdoor kitchen. This year we are building a treehouse on the island so although we will ensure no construction takes place during your stay, there will be construction materials around on the island

Welcome to “The Hemlock” cabin One of two unique cabins on the property. A unique stay situated minutes from historic Perth, Ontario. The Hemlock sits on 160+ acres of private, natural forest. Enjoy 3 season lake access for kayaking & canoe. Year round trails for hiking, snow shoeing, exploring etc. Beautiful scenery and wildlife in a peaceful, private setting, relax and unwind by the fire! We look forward to having you! Rossie Rest

Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin on the Indian River with great fishing and a private setting. Walk out the front door and start fishing or enjoy the view with your morning coffee. It is in the perfect location to view the Eclipse on April 8. This cabin is kid and pet friendly. It has electricity, running water, a small kitchenette, fire pit and wood. It is located 45 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes to exit 49 on Route 81, and close to the Thousand Islands and Black Lake.

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

The cabin is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. With 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, the cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests. The cabin features infloor heating and a woodstove to keep you warm and cozy. We have a full-size hot tub and a wood fired sauna!

Lyncreek Cottage is open year round. it sits on private property on Lyndhurst river in Lyndhurst, Ontario. Observe various types of waterfowl or enjoy the sound of our meandering river as it flows into Lyndhurst Lake. This is all part of the natural surroundings in your own private cottage. A great place to stay if you are travelling through the area or while enjoying all the area has to offer including excellent fishing, paddling and hiking area trails.

Stunning 360 degree views of the majestic St. Lawrence River. This tiny, basic cottage is accessible only by boat and offers an 80’ concrete dock. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. No wifi but excellent cell service. Cottage is basic but views are fantastic. Scorpion Island is a unique experience in the heart of the 1000 Islands just east of Gananoque.
