"Little Eden" New Forest & Coastal Retreat

Little Eden, New Forest & Coastal Retreat is a home from home accommodation which sleeps up to 4. No dogs, no smoking, free WiFi, secure parking & CCTV. Use of the Hosts Private Indoor Pool, subject to availability. Little Eden is set within Langley Village in the New Forest. It is a self-contained, fully furnished accommodation attached to our beautiful home. Large bedroom/lounge, fitted kitchen & shower room electric shower and many extras. The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). If in any doubt about suitability.....please message me before booking. It is perfect for 6 people, but has beds for 8 EV charger. Oct-Mar + Midweek availability message me first please

Idyllic Cottage/Village Pub/Beach Nearby/Parking

Located in the centre of Beaulieu, this beautifully refurbished 17th Century cottage is an ideal base from which to relax and explore the New Forest. Situated on a quiet road in the beautiful village, you can walk to Monty's Inn pub nearby for dinner and visit the popular cafe opposite for breakfast. You may even see donkeys walking along the High Street! The cottage has a very spacious ground floor with an open kitchen/large dining area plus a cosy lounge where you can enjoy the log burner.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. The Burrow Guesthouse Harry Potter Themed

This unique oak framed conversion is inspired by the magic of Harry Potter. It is self contained with a galley style kitchen and full shower room. The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with limited storage. There is a mezzanine with two beds up a ladder with a low ceiling. This is fully decked out with a Harry Potter theme to add magic and excitement including themed games. There is a pull out sofa bed in the main room for additional guests but is best suited to up to 4 people.

New Forest reach Holiday House

On the edge of the New Forest, our fresh & comfortable guest house is the perfect location. It's a gentle 10 minute walk to the village where you will find a pub, quality cafe. The village of Hythe is nearby, 10 minutes to drive to picturesque Beaulieu and the Beaulieu Motor museum, bus and ferry services to Southampton. Calshot/Lepe beaches are only 5/6 miles away. With secure off road parking you couldn’t find a better spot to have fun & explore. We look forward to welcoming you!
