Our guest apartment is a peaceful, bright, private space with undercover parking and entry from the carport. Situated in a quiet street in walking distance from Wentworth Falls Lake, and easy drive to all the main sights of the Blue Mountains. We have a luxury bathroom with a fabulous shower with a heated floor. There are also comfy chairs in the sitting room/ kitchenette. Reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Note: we’re not set up for small children.

Your home away from home is only five minutes’ walk from the bustle of eateries and specialty shops in Leura and 10 minutes’ walk to Leura railway station. The cabin is close to the world-heritage Blue Mountains National Park, with the Grand Cliff Top Walk a short stroll away. Enjoy discovering the beautiful houses and gardens of Leura as well as the food and cultural offerings of Blue Mountains villages nearby.

Mount Victoria Studio Suite

Spacious studio, with a queen size bed and a wide range of features and comforts. The studio is only a short walk to Sunset Rock, offering beautiful mountain and valley views. A short walk to Mount Vic village and other great walks. You can take this opportunity to watch the bees work or hear the sounds of visiting wildlife. This is NON-SMOKING accommodation. The 1930's Federation style home is surrounded by stunning formal gardens and parkland areas with a lily pond, water garden and the Summit – a high rocky outcrop offering panoramic views of the surrounding district.

Our gorgeous garden studio is peaceful and centrally located in the heart of Katoomba. A short walk around the corner takes you to the town centre with cafés, restaurants and shops. Close to popular attractions such as the Three Sisters & Scenic World. The accommodation is a private-entry attached suite with two adjoining bedrooms separated by a French door, bathroom, lounge room and kitchenette with dining area. Please note there is no stove or oven and bedrooms share the same entrance.

Located just around the corner from The Grand Canyon Loop Walk, Cliff Top Walk and Walls Cave and close to Bridal Veil Falls, A Bower Above is a delightful spot for two. Quiet and on the edge of town, this property with it’s main house and two private accommodations, is an acre and a quarter and was originally farmland and the produce store for Blackheath. Away from the hustle and bustle, but only five minutes to town, it's a place to help you rest, explore and reconnect.

Renovated in restful tones, set amongst the trees and just a short stroll from all the amenities and attractions in Katoomba. This self-contained 'hotel' style studio has everything you need for a weekend away. A comfy bed with flax linen sheets, a couch and desk to sit and write your next novel or album, private en-suite bathroom and kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. The view through the maples and plane trees is sure to calm and inspire you!

Architect designed loft net studio.

Studio White is set at the front of a newly built architect designed residence. It is modern and spacious with a loft netted mezzanine over the living area and is accessed by Italian spiral stairs. The lower living area has a fireplace opening up onto a large deck overlooking the garden and pond. We live quietly in a very separate part of the building. It is tastefully decorated with some special touches reminding you that you are in the beautiful Blue Mountains.

Leura Bolthole

Fully self contained 1 bedroom unit with own entrance, fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast items (bacon, eggs, tomatoes, butter, milk, bread of your choice) supplied for guest to prepare themselves at their leisure. (Stays for over 6 days, breakfast is only provided for the 3 days as nightly price are at a discounted rate) Warm and cozy in winter. Cool and airy in summer. The residence looks out into a private fenced off patio area, with garden and bush outlook.
