Situated in the village of Preesall, this cosy self-contained cottage is nestled in the owner’s back garden. Inside is an open plan living and dining area leading into a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Double doors lead from the bedroom into the conservatory overlooking the private garden and patio area. Preesall is convenient for the beach and the Bowland Fells with great walking and cycling. Annex in centre of Poulton Village.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and 5 mins from the train station. 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a narrow pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.
