This 2 bedroom/1.5 bath townhouse is well equipped and the perfect place to stay whether coming for a football game, swim meet, Parent's weekend, visiting the hiking trails, wineries, or breweries of the New River Valley or stopping while traveling on route 81. T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!
