The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

Ms. Ada’s House

*BREAKFAST INCLUDED* Stay in a cozy log cabin located in an historic town. Ms. Ada’s House was completely restored in 2023. Built in the early 1830’s, you’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time while enjoying its modern amenities. Sleep in the original log cabin room, relax on the daybed swing on the front porch, and enjoy meals under the light of a lantern. Then at the end of the day, the bright and sunny living room transforms into a cozy den as you relax by the fireplace.

The WhiteHorse Guest House

Come enjoy this lovingly restored 1895 home on the National Register of Historic Places, located in the heart of historic Rocheport, Missouri. The home is filled with American country antiques and hooked rugs. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen, brick patio and hot tub. Relax with the whole family in this cozy home located in a quiet neighborhood. This home is situated two blocks from Harley Park which includes lookout point with a beautiful view of the Missouri River. One block away is the Katy Trail which includes the historic Katy Trail Bridge, as well as Isle of Capri Casino. Boonville is known for it’s history and charm. Attractions include museums, aquatic center, golf course, and Warm Springs Ranch home of the Budweiser Clydesdales.

MRF Inn - West Suite - lower level

PLEASE READ!!! The MRF Inn features contact free stays and check-in. The Inn is newly remodeled. Each Unit has a small kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishes, serving ware and a coffee maker. You will need to acquire provisions ahead of time as there is not a grocery store in Arrow Rock. Meals and snacks are not provided. This room is on the first floor, west suite of the Inn. There is not a common area/gathering room.

The Farm House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will be sitting around a beautiful country view on 100 acres with many historical towns nearby! Lamine river only 1 mile away for kayaking and fishing, or bring your RTV to cruise the country roads! 1 mile off of I-70, sitting between KC and St.Louis with Boonville Casino only 20 min. away. Sometimes we stay at our shouse down past the farm house.

Courthouse Lofts - front loft

Front loft has 1 bedroom, full kitchen, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, living room with full sized murphy bed, large dining table, breakfast bar and a magnificent view of the Marshall Courthouse. This 1882 building has seen a complete renovation. The loft is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. The lofts are above one of Marshall's oldest retail spaces that now houses Courthouse Salon.

The Latch House Barn

The Latch House Barn sets adjacent the the Arrowrock’s oldest home. This is a great pet friendly property for well behave canines. Featuring beautiful concrete floors, doggy door, outside kennel and fenced in yard. Parking is included in the attached covered carport. Only and handful of steps from the boardwalk. Just a darling unique property in Arrow Rock…
