Our secluded cabin is surrounded by ancient oak tree forest and all the wildlife that comes with it. It’s so peaceful that you will only hear the river and the birds. Warren Bach “Small Warren” is situated in the stunning Vale of Ffestiniog and access is via a track directly off the A487, providing great connectivity and making it the perfect basecamp to discover Eryri National Park (Snowdonia). Recently renovated house located in a traditional Welsh village of Dolwyddelan. Large living space with bi-fold doors onto the patio area where you can spend your evening stargazing in the luxurious wooden hot-tub or enjoy a glass of wine in front of the log burner. Ideally located for hiking up mountains, the longest zip line in Europe, Forrest coaster, quarry carting or mountain bike trails. Betws-y-coed is a 10 mins drive or 2 train stops away for shops & dining. Dogs welcome.

Viking Longhouse / Underground Hobbit Tiny house

This turf covered cabin is a blend of Viking longhouse and underground hobbit hideaway. It's in a beautiful spot in our orchard between the mountains and the sea on our small permaculture farm. Experience camping fire cooking, and clear starlit skies, whilst having a comfy bed, a kitchen, hot water, shower compost toilet and a wood burning stove to cosy round if it gets cold. All on our sustainable ecological farm which has lakes, woodlands and animals to find and explore.

Traditional 19th Century Slate Miners Cottage

A original slate miners cottage built in the late 1800's . Located in Tanygrisau , just outside of the historic Slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog . It is well positioned just a short walk away from all the shops and amenities the town has to offer with the local pub also just up the road . The narrow gauge steam railway runs past the back garden and can also be seen from the rear bedroom. Close by we have Llechwedd slate caverns, zipwires and mountain biking.

In the centre of the Unesco World Heritage site, Bodefryd is an unique, generously proportioned detached townhouse, with big, light rooms, high ceilings, and full of period features. The house is perfectly located for anything Eryri <Snowdonia>, with easy access to everywhere in the National Park. Bodefryd is also the kind of house you'd be happy spending a rainy day in. As hosts we are always trying to tread lighter with our world, and be kinder with all the humans.

Blaenau-Ffestiniog is ideally located to explore Snowdonia National park. Approx. 10 miles to great beaches (Porthmadog, Harlech) and other picturesque towns such as Betws-y-Coed and Beddgelert. Catch the historic Ffestiniog railway to Porthmadog or explore Portmeirion village.
