Kirkjuland is a small farm just 10km north of Reykjavik, on Kjalarnes. Located under the beautiful mountain Esja. Peaceful and cozy.. We can host 2 persons at our facility. Fantastic view over the Reykjavik area. We are close to many beautiful places you would want to visit; like Thingvellir national park, Glymur the highest waterfall in Iceland, Húsafell , Krauma, Giljaböð natural bath places, etc. All photos of the northern lights taken in our garden! Hraðastaðir Horse riding & Farm

Studio apartment located on a farm only 20 minutes from Reykjavík!:) on the way to the golden circle which offers room for two people. Come and stay at our farm and visit our wonderful animals and/or get fresh egg from our chickens in the morning to cook in the apartment. There are also fun experiences around our farm such as a lot of beautiful hiking trails, horse riding and more. It's a very good location to plan day trips from. If there are northern lights you can see right outside the door.

This apartment is located in a beautiful and peaceful environment with a great view and Icelandic horses in their natural surroundings all over. Private parking and nice roads from the high way(Road 1). Perfect for 2 guests but also with a nice sleeping sofa so it is possible to accommodate 4 guests. The apartment is 27 m² (290 sq ft) with a shower in the bathroom and a kitchen with all basic necessities. Brand new apartment that is ready we started hosting guests the 15.June 2017

Middle of nowhere, and yet it is only 22 km. drive from Reykjavik center. Many points of interest are within easy reach like the Golden Circle.

Spectacular place´ Wake up to the ocean dancing, birds singing and seals right outside your window. Approximately 50 kilometres outside of Reykjavik, more precisely, in Hvalfjordur is a little cottage located right by the ocean shore. On the ground floor is a joint kitchen/living room includes a microwave and a dishwasher. The kitchen view is the sea itself. We would like to welcome you to our cozy little cabin. It will give you the perfect opportunity to relax in a romantic and peaceful atmosphere. It is ideal for 1 or 2 persons and the highlight of the stay will most likely be the outside geothermal shower with a mountain view. During the darkest months, can you imagine to take a shower under the Northern lights? Well that is possible! This cabin is not suitable for children and infants.

Esjuberg Farm-Sleep with horses & mountain hike

Welcome to the newly renovated farmhouse in Esjuberg, where you sleep by the roots of the mountain. This house truly has it all, from a beautiful ocean view, horses in the backyard, and a phenomenal view over Reykjavik. Esjuberg plays a big part in a very interesting Icelandic Viking story called the Kjalnesinga Saga. In this story, a woman named Esja lived here along with her foster son Búi, who became a very mighty man.
